W Talent Switzerland is a recruitment firm specializing in the identification and assessment of high-impact talent to support the growth of demanding organizations.
Part of the W-Group, which is active across Europe, W Talent Switzerland operates throughout Switzerland with offices in Geneva and Zurich.
As part of its growth, W Talent is looking for an intern with the possibility of becoming a Recruitment Consultant.
Start date: July 2026 or September 2026 Internship duration: 6 months
Within the "Executive and Corporate Functions" team based in Zurich, you will gradually work on the entire recruitment cycle and contribute to the development of the business.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and approaching qualified candidates through targeted sourcing strategies
- Conducting structured interviews and assessing candidates’ skills, potential, and cultural fit
- Writing clear and relevant interview summaries for clients
- Participating in the management of recruitment processes, from brief intake to candidate presentation
- Contributing to business development activities (prospecting, opportunity identification, meeting preparation)
- Analyzing client needs and understanding their organizational and human challenges
- Helping to build and maintain trusting relationships with both candidates and clients
- Actively monitoring the market (profiles, trends, compensation)
Desired Profile
We are looking for a candidate in the final stages of their studies who wishes to evolve in a demanding and highly formative environment.

- Go-getter, hands on and can-do approach
- Entrepreneurial spirit, willing to contribute to the development and success of the company
- Relational ease and situational intelligence
- Higher education (business school, university, or equivalent), with a final internship required
- First experience in a performance-driven environment (sales, business development, consulting, hospitality, or client relations)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information
- Rigor, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to receive and integrate feedback constructively
- Mastery of English and German (Italian or French is a plus)
