Frontify’s brand platform transforms how teams organise digital assets, collaborate on projects and create engaging campaigns. We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to bridge partner delivery and internal operations, driving projects that keep our product moving.
Your mission
As a Technical Project Manager you will sit at the intersection of partner delivery and internal operations, owning the processes, systems and follow‑through that keep projects moving and commitments on track. You’ll balance external partner integrations with internal technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and building AI‑first workflows that improve efficiency across the organisation.
Your responsibilities
Own the operational lifecycle of partner integrations, including contracts, SOWs, SLAs, payments, renewals and delivery coordination.
Provision and manage partner environments and tooling access.
Run development cadences with weekly check‑ins, milestone tracking and blocker resolution.
Coordinate QA processes and manage formal acceptance against agreed SOW deliverables.
Partner with Product Marketing Management to support launches through documentation, enablement materials and launch readiness activities.
Bridge partner launches into go‑to‑market activities and ensure smooth delivery through launch and beyond.
Triage post‑launch issues and manage ongoing maintenance relationships with partners.
Internal technical projects
Scope and manage projects that build AI‑first internal workflows from brief to a working process with clear ownership.
Own integrations across Frontify's internal tool stack, including platforms such as Slite, Linear, Figma, Claude and others.
Identify operational and technical gaps and proactively solve them before they grow into larger challenges.
Improve how systems, tools and teams work together to increase efficiency and execution quality across the organisation.
Qualifications
Highly effective implementer who turns plans into outcomes and consistently follows through on commitments.
Move quickly, close feedback loops and take ownership of work without constant direction.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to connect stakeholders across Product Management, Product Design, Product Marketing, partners and other teams.
Good understanding of API concepts, authentication flows and large‑language model tooling; able to ask thoughtful questions and identify weak implementations.
Hands‑on experience building automations or workflows using low‑code and integration tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier, or a strong willingness to develop that expertise.
Comfortable working independently, creating structure where needed and driving ambiguous projects from idea to execution.
Ability to introduce lightweight processes that improve outcomes without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
Highly organised and reliable, balancing routine operational responsibilities with open‑ended project work.
Influence and drive progress through clarity, persistence and strong stakeholder management rather than formal authority.
Comfortable holding partners accountable, managing scope against agreed SOWs, pushing back on scope creep and escalating commercial challenges when appropriate.
Hybrid work model: one day a week in the St Gallen office; remaining days flexible.
