Tasks
* Drive topline growth in Non-Wind EMEA markets
* Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies by segment, channel, and country.
* Identify and prioritize high-potential partnerships to accelerate revenue.
* Build and manage a qualified opportunity pipeline; forecast accurately and report performance to leadership.
* Conduct market mapping to identify white spaces, key accounts, channel partners, and influencers.
* Develop tailored value propositions, proposals, and ROI/business cases for target accounts.
* Conduct market mapping to identify white spaces, key accounts, channel partners, and influencers.
* Qualify leads through structured discovery, needs assessment, and solution fit analysis.
* Develop tailored value propositions, proposals, and ROI/business cases for target accounts.
* Collaborate closely with Sales Non-Wind, R&D & Product Management
Requirements
* 5+ years experience in business development and/or solid sales background in composites markets
* Consistent track record of new business acquisition and topline expansion
* Proven ability to open new accounts and scale revenue impact
* Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and customer engagement
* Fluent in English (other European languages a plus)
* Willing to travel across EMEA
