Global Sales Assistant (100%) (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
* Accurate reporting of monthly global order intake and support with quarterly forecasting
* Creation and maintenance of process documents, workflows, charts, instructions, training materials, and other required supporting documentation
* Preparation of reports / evaluations using different IT tools
* Processing of data in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SAP
* Processing of global pre-qualification documents as a supplier of reciprocating compressors
* Processing of order documents for upload into SAP and transfer of orders to the project management department
* Responsibility for organization and preparation of customer visits and internal events
* Assisting in preparation of agreements and contracts by following internal regulations
* Continues support of global Sales Team during pre-order as well as Project Managers during the order execution phase
Qualifications
* You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience in coordination of Sales related tasks and have at least 5-10 years of experience in a multinational company (preferably in mechanical engineering industry)
* You have very good MS Office proficiency, user knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are essential
* Your solution-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, high flexibility, and positive perfectionism characterize your way of working
