Global Head of Human Resources Operations
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead the development and execution of global HR operations.
This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient HR systems, processes, and tools to support a high-performing workforce across all regions.
The ideal candidate has a background in human resources, business, finance, or IT, with extensive experience in leading senior roles in global HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement end-to-end HR process frameworks that cover hiring, talent management, payroll, and retirement.
* Lead the effort to standardize, simplify, and automate HR processes across all regions—ensuring global consistency while staying compliant with local rules.
* Develop and manage global HR analytics programs, including dashboards, KPIs, and predictive analytics.
* Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and local HR teams to keep everything aligned and compliant.
* Establish strong governance around data quality, master data management, and regulatory compliance.
* Manage external vendors and governance models to maintain quality and minimize risks.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, IT, or a related field; a Master's degree is a strong plus.
* Extensive experience in global HR operations, including senior leadership roles.
* Proven track record in leading HR Transformation projects, establishing Shared Services Centers, managing multi-country payroll outsourcing, and developing HR analytics programs.
* Hands-on expertise with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, UKG, Power BI, and similar data visualization tools.
* Strong knowledge of HRIS integration, API-based solutions, and modern cloud-based HR technologies.
