Location: TBD Job Summary: The ESY School Nurse provides healthcare support for students enrolled in the ESY program, ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide medical care and first aid to students as needed.
* Administer prescribed medications and document administration.
* Monitor students with chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and seizures.
* Maintain student health records and emergency action plans.
* Communicate with families regarding student health concerns.
Qualifications:
* Current CT Registered Nurse (RN) license.
* Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
