Responsibilities
* Responsibility for independently performing payroll accounting
* Handling personnel administration from entry to departure (personnel master data, work permits, social securities, references, etc.)
* Administration of HR tools (time management, digital personnel files, e-learning, etc.)
* Liaising with external bodies (offices, authorities, insurance companies, etc.)
* Processing expense and credit card statements
* Collaborating on various HR and finance projects
Qualifications
* Completed commercial training and at least successfully completed further training as a human resources administrator
* Solid experience in payroll accounting
* Knowledge of financial accounting is an advantage
* Structured, independent and team-oriented approach to work
* Very good German skills, good English skills
