Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the transfer of HR tasks from local entities to our Business Service Center.

* Responsibilities include preparation of documentation, process improvement initiatives, and handling General Service Requests in multiple languages.
* Maintain payroll and administration processes, including creating documents for employees in English and European languages.
* Ensure personnel files are complete and up-to-date according to legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in German and English, minimum 3 years experience in Payroll & HR Administration or similar roles, and knowledge of SAP HCM and Excel.

Strong problem-solving skills, team spirit, and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support transfer of additional tasks regarding HR processes from local entities to Business Service Center (preparation of documentation).
2. Process General Service Requests such as HR Service Requests (Tier 1) in English, German, and other languages in Europe (email, tickets, phone).
3. Maintain the HR database to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
4. Run payroll tests for European entities and adjust payroll data to prevent failures.
5. Administer ePersonnel Files and eDocument Management system.


Requirements

* Fluency in German and English.
* Minimum 3 years experience in Payroll & HR Administration or similar roles.
* Knowledge of SAP HCM and Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Team spirit, initiative, and reliability.
