Regional Product Marketing Manager - Transformers (f/m/d)

We’re looking for a Regional Product Marketing Manager to lead our European business including Marine, Nuclear, and Industry segments within the Transformer business. This high‑impact role will shape strategy, drive growth, and be part of the management team in two DRY type transformer factories – Switzerland and Germany – while also driving growth for the complete DRY transformer portfolio with a third factory in Spain. You will run a team of people located within the three factories, with a dotted line to colleagues in other countries under the local Market Manager organization, and report to the EUC HUB Dry, DTR and Traction Product Marketing Manager, collaborating globally with the Product Group and Industrial leadership.
How You’ll Make An Impact
* Define and implement growth strategies across Europe in collaboration with local sales teams and global product groups.
* Drive go‑to‑market plans, value propositions, and product positioning tailored to Marine, Nuclear, and Industry segments.
* Achieve annual order targets, develop business plans, and coordinate market analysis to inform forecasts and actions.
* Lead negotiations and position our dry transformer portfolio with key customers in Europe for your segments.
* Build and develop a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure sales teams are equipped with strong technical and commercial product knowledge.
Your background
* Engineering degree (MBA preferred)
* At least 8–10 years in B2B marketing & sales, ideally within the energy sector
* Proven leadership experience
* Strong product marketing expertise and understanding of customer needs
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
* International experience and intercultural sensitivity
* Fluent in English
* Structured, analytical thinker with a proactive mindset
