We are currently looking for a Sales Manager Hydraulics speaking German and English to join a successful company specialized in construction machines, mining, and material handling equipment.
Your Responsibilities :
* Provide technical and application-related consulting to key customers in the field of axial piston machines and hydraulic components.
* Represent customer interests internally and coordinate activities and communication with customers.
* Acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships, acting as the main contact for technical inquiries and sales negotiations.
* Create tailored offers and presentations meeting customer requirements and technical feasibility.
* Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
* Assess new customers, identify sales potential, formulate solutions, and negotiate on behalf of the company.
* Advise customers on selecting and applying hydraulic components, including standard and customized solutions.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities, plan customer actions, and develop strategies.
* Document sales activities and plan revenue and sales growth.
* Identify and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
* Collaborate with technical, key account, and sales teams to develop solutions and ensure smooth order processing.
Your Qualifications :
* University degree in business administration or industrial engineering with relevant sales experience in hydraulics or related industries.
* Market knowledge in the off-highway segment and understanding of hydraulic components and drive technology.
* Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and customers.
* Customer-oriented, optimistic, open to change, with a hands-on, solution-focused approach.
* Willing to travel for customer meetings and trade shows.
* Fluent in German and English, with experience working in an international environment.
