Job Description Agenda and Meeting Management: manage the Executive's calendar and organize company's meetings (occuring with important stakeholders), including sending invitations, drafting, and distributing meeting minutes.
Travel and Expense Administration and Budget Coordination: handle the full process of travel and expense claims: initiation, tracking, verification, and approval within the system, and manage budget.
Human Resources Support : process contract renewals, manage HR workflows, and prepare hiring proposals and job descriptions for new employees.
Mail Handling: collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
The Successful Applicant University degree in Business Administration or similar.
5 to 7 years of experience in Administrative and/or Executive support to management in international settings.
Strong sense of accountability and effective communication skills.
Ability to anticipate needs and propose practical solutions.
Proficient in office software.
Dynamic, proactive, and resourceful.
Fluent in French and English (C2 or C1 minimum).
