To this end, the institution offers several sectors of activity as well as living spaces, offering people with disabilities the possibility of training and exercising a professional activity in an adapted environment.In the context of the retirement of the current job holder, and in a context of transformation and development, we are offering a position of:Human Resources Director (100%)Reporting directly to the General Director and as a member of the Management Committee, you contribute to the definition and implementation of the HR strategy of the institution in alignment with its institutional project, its values, the CRPD (Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities) and the principles of distributed governance. You will have the following main responsibilities:- Define and steer the HR strategy;- Actively contribute to the governance of the institution and to the decisions of the Management Committee;- Manage and develop an HR team composed of 6 professionals, ensuring the quality and compliance of practices as well as the evolution of tools and processes;- Supervise the entire employee life cycle (recruitment, development, mobility);- Support managers in individual and complex situations;- Ensure constructive social dialogue with internal and external partners;- Ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory framework (labor law, social insurance, health and safety);- Guarantee health, safety and well-being at work;- Manage budgets, HR indicators and ensure salary equity;- Contribute to the transformation and continuous improvement of HR, in a logic of inclusion and sustainability.Your profileYou are an experienced human resources professional, with solid experience of at least ten years in positions of responsibility, including team management. Holder of a higher education degree in Human Resources (Master's, federal certificate or equivalent), you have solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance. Your background has ideally led you to evolve within complex environments such as institutional, medico-social or multi-site structures, allowing you to understand their specific challenges. An engaged and inspiring leader, you support changes by mobilizing teams and fostering buy-in. Recognized for your interpersonal qualities, you demonstrate listening skills, diplomacy and a real capacity for negotiation in sometimes sensitive contexts. You combine vision and field anchoring, with ease in governance environments and transversal work.
