For our site in Marin, we are looking for a:
Operational Buyer
Your responsibilities Process supply and purchase requests, manage order placement
Manage order confirmations and ensure follow-up of deliveries, management of delays and KPIs
Ensure proper maintenance of purchase documents in the ERP and regular follow-up with suppliers
Ensure consistency of purchase documents and invoicing to release supplier payments according to negotiated conditions
Manage the follow-up of service and equipment contracts, in collaboration with buyers
Manage the company vehicle fleet
Manage a purchasing portfolio by ensuring consultations, negotiations, orders and supplier follow-up.
Support internal clients to meet their needs by ensuring cost and deadline optimisation
Negotiate offers, prices, deadlines and contractual conditions with suppliers in accordance with purchasing policy and ensure their application
Negotiate and create logistical/financial parameters to enable component supply in the ERP
Manage non-conformities and follow up on necessary action plans to resolve each case
Participate in the continuous improvement of the department and supply solutions
Your skills You have at least 5 years of experience in an operational buyer position in an industrial environment.
You have completed training in supply, purchasing and/or Supply Chain which is an advantage
You maintain a trusting and lasting relationship with your suppliers and internal clients
Your working languages are French and English, German is a plus
You have excellent knowledge and mastery of the SAP ERP (MM, WMS, FI modules)
You have excellent knowledge of MS Office and are proficient in Excel
You are driven by the desire to manage continuous improvement projects integrating modern technologies such as AI
You work with rigour, autonomy and an excellent sense of responsibility
You are proactive, determined, you keep your commitments and ensure the commitments of your correspondents are applied
You are a stable, dynamic person with very good interpersonal skills
Experience in managing apprentice training is an asset
