We are looking to recruit for a role where the right person will join the Rugby UK sales team and cover the full range of business development activities within all relevant industry sectors. Regular travel within the UK to create great customer relationships, match customer needs to Quartzelec’s capabilities and bring opportunities for both site work and factory work to Rugby and other business units.
The role will involve taking ownership and responsibility for allocated Key Accounts and a regional area. This role will report directly to the UK Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability Account Management of allocated customers
Visit customers as and when required to ensure the pipeline of enquiries is in place for future works
Sell the complete range of Quartzelec Products and Service capabilities to all customers within the area / account allocation
Find, contact and develop new customers
Responsible for Market and Customer development within the territory and Key Accounts
Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes Demonstrable experience working within the Power and related industries
Demonstrable experience of Key Account management – sales perspective
Demonstrable experience developing new customer relationships
Ideally come from a background of selling “engineering” solutions
Ideally having a working knowledge of rotating machines
