Russian speaker (mother tongue or fluent), English (fluent), and any other Eastern European language is an asset.
A previous experience in customer care or relationship management, in a financial services context, is an asset.

Responsibilities :
* Support the CIS & Eastern EU Desk with onboarding of new clients.
* Perform initial contact with prospects and follow up in coordination with the team.
* Provide full support to sales team members to ensure high service levels and meet targets.
* Handle incoming calls from prospects, clients, and other departments.
* Manage internal and external correspondence and mailing.
* Review account forms for completeness and accuracy for account opening.
* Conduct customer due diligence and client identification via video conference.
* Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, and Payment departments for account opening and funding.
* Perform other administrative or sales tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
