Your tasks:
You will be responsible for the complete management of the office administration as well as the monitoring of invoicing and debt collection.
* Preparation, verification and sending of patient invoices
* Processing and control of payments (BVR, debit/credit cards, cash)
* Monitoring of unpaid invoices and management of reminders
* Management of contentious files
* Management and follow-up of files related to social insurance
* Verification and preparation of payment of supplier and creditor invoices
* Collaboration with the external fiduciary for various follow-up tasks

Your profile:
* Federal VET Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent training
* Autonomy, rigour and excellent organisation
* A successful first experience in a similar position
* Ease in a clinical environment
* Service-minded, discretion and good interpersonal skills
* Excellent IT skills including the Dentagest software which is essential
