Your Mission: Creative Staging: You will take a leading role in the entire floral design—from delicate table arrangements to grand, imposing bouquets for our most exclusive suites. Event Highlights: Showcase your skills in large-scale floral design during glamorous weddings, gala evenings, and major seasonal projects (such as our legendary Christmas and New Year's Eve decorations). Perfection in Detail: You ensure a consistently flawless appearance of all arrangements and green plants, both indoors and outdoors. Taking Responsibility: You support the department head operationally, coordinate flower deliveries, and ensure that our high quality standards are felt in every single arrangement.
