As the Head of Partners & Alliances at Flowable, you’ll be the building our global partner ecosystem - developing strategic relationships with leading technology companies, resellers, system integrators, and key industry players. Your mission: expand Flowable’s market presence, drive partner-influenced revenue, and build scalable models for long-term mutual growth in intelligent business automation.
What you’ll do
1. Develop and execute Flowable’s partner strategy to support accelerated revenue and market growth.
2. Recruit, onboard, and nurture strategic partners - including hyperscalers, global/system integrators, OEMs, and distributors.
3. Build strong executive relationships and create joint business plans with partners to unlock new opportunities and drive co-sell, resale, and OEM success.
4. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for seamless go-to-market alignment and impactful joint initiatives.
5. Lead a growing team dedicated to partner enablement, performance, and engagement.
6. Continuously analyze market trends and identify innovative partnership opportunities.
What you bring
7. Extensive experience (5+ years) in enterprise software partnerships, alliances, or channel roles - ideally in SaaS or cloud technology.
8. Track record of building, scaling, and optimizing partner ecosystems and driving partner-led revenue growth.
9. Deep understanding of partner business models, cloud/software sales cycles, and ecosystem development.
10. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
11. Strong global partner network (local and global partners)
12. Ability to lead teams, drive results, and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
13. Bachelor’s degree required.
