Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for:
2 QA Raw Material Compliance Specialists
6 months contract basis (with the possibility of extension) to work in their production facility in Visp, Valais area, Switzerland .
2 days/week on-site presence required
In this role, you will provide essential support to the site as part of the QA Supplier Management Team. You will support the management of Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs), ensuring that any changes from suppliers are thoroughly assessed, documented, and implemented in a controlled and compliant manner.
Main Responsibilities
Review, assess, and coordinate the evaluation of VCNs from suppliers.
Ensure appropriate impact assessments are conducted with relevant departments.
Track and document VCNs in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory expectations.
Ensure timely implementation of required actions and updates to documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in a similar position.
5+ years of experience in relevant position and extensive experience with Trackwise.
Strong understanding of GMP regulations and change control processes.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with supply chains, raw materials, equipment, facilities and logistics is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills (oral and written), with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English, German is a plus.
