Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on Senior and leadership positions in IT/Product, as well as roles in Finance, Marketing, and Logistics.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and strategic needs.
Source and attract top talent using a variety of tools and platforms (X-ray, Boolean search, Linked In, Habr, and others).
Conduct phone interviews and technical screenings to assess candidates’ skills and suitability for the roles.
Prepare job offers and support candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
Analyze and manage the recruitment pipeline, tracking key metrics and providing data-driven insights.
Handle HR-related documents and policies, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
Coordinate relocation processes for new hires and liaise with external partners to ensure smooth transitions. Requirements Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically in IT and other functional areas.
Strong sourcing skills with experience in using advanced search techniques (X-ray, Boolean).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
