The individual will be in charge of a team of Health & Benefits Account Managers. Health & Benefits Romandie Lead FR / ENG 100% (m / f) Our client is a prominent player in the insurance brokerage and social security fields. Responsibilities include managing clients and developing new opportunities; being the point of contact for clients and coordinating with internal departments; handling contractual commitments and managing daily needs and priorities for clients within their internal and external networks to provide the most relevant solutions; managing a team of Health & Benefits Account Managers; developing the team and individual and collective performance; succession planning and resource allocation based on client needs; reporting to management; understanding, translating, and deploying new products and services from the group; managing projects; coordinating with other internal departments for daily office operations. Superior Profile; FINMA registration, Degree X; 10 years of similar professional experience in a similar role with exposure within an insurance company, an insurance broker, and/or a pension fund in Switzerland; Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within an insurance environment; Required management experience; Good command of the MS Office suite; Excellent command of the French language both orally and in writing; Very good command of the English language both orally and in writing; Proficiency in the German language as well; Ability to plan, solve problems, and make decisions.
