Our Zurich branch is now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Compliance Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative Trade Compliance solutions.
Responsibilities
As an Export Compliance Analyst, you will:
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export control laws.
* Review and classify products, technology, and software for export control purposes.
* Monitor and manage export licenses, permits, and documentation.
* Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
* Provide guidance and training to internal teams on export compliance policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with global teams to ensure adherence to local and international trade regulations.
* Stay updated on changes in export control laws and regulations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* A bachelor's degree in International Business, Law, or a related field.
* Proven experience in export compliance, trade compliance, or a related role.
* Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including EAR, ITAR, and EU export controls.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
