Description As the Business Developer, you will be solely responsible for the commercial development of the German-speaking market, with the autonomy to build and execute a long-term growth plan. You will: Own the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, with a focus on mid to large-sized enterprises. Build a robust pipeline through a proactive outbound approach, complemented by qualified inbound leads. Develop client-specific solutions, supported by weekly innovations from the internal culinary team. Deeply understand client needs and market trends to continuously refine the value proposition. Lay the foundation for future sales leadership by proving performance and potentially taking over management of the Swiss German region. Contribute to market strategy through competitive intelligence, client feedback loops, and test-phase initiatives. Profile 3 years of experience in consultative B2B sales or business development in the assigned region, ideally in food services, FMCG, hospitality tech, or premium services. You speak Swiss German C2 and English B2 Strong interest in the food, hospitality or service industry, with the ability to engage stakeholders through product value rather than price. A proactive, self-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding targets and designing sales strategies from scratch. Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term vision; not just a salesperson but a business builder. Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in the German speaking region.
