Your main tasks
1. Independent management of projects in a technical environment - from planning to successful implementation
2. Inspiring and clear communication with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders
3. Developing and optimizing a modern, efficient project organization with a view to continuous improvement
4. Creating and maintaining targeted project plans based on company goals and customer requirements
5. Coordinating and harmonizing sub-projects and the associated resources
6. Proactive monitoring and control regarding deadlines, costs, resources, and quality
7. Regular reporting of project progress for transparency and decision-making basis
Your profile
8. Several years of experience in managing technical projects, ideally in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, automotive or plastics processing sectors
9. Technical degree (FH/ETH/TU) in medical technology, microtechnology, mechanical engineering or similar
10. Further training in business administration and/or project management an advantage
11. Open to new ideas and motivated to actively help shape change
12. Strong communication skills with a high degree of customer orientation and negotiation skills
13. Experience in using tools such as Jira and Confluence is an advantage
14. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
