Develop and execute commercial strategies for the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, procurement teams, and healthcare product manufacturers. Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training to position solutions effectively. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the healthcare sector. Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities. Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to support customer requirements. Manage territory planning, forecasts, and sales documentation with accuracy. Represent the organisation at trade shows, congresses, and customer meetings (approx.40% travel across Europe). Requirements Proven experience selling disinfectants, hygiene technologies, or infection prevention products in the healthcare sector Strong understanding of infection control measures and healthcare regulatory frameworks. Mandatory background in disinfectants, medical devices exposure, and chemicals. Experience with distributors, institutional sales, and tender processes. Existing network in healthcare distribution or disinfectant manufacturing is a strong advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales territory. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Business, or related discipline.
