Tasks
What you can expect
1. Maintaining contact and correspondence with customers by e-mail and phone
2. Answer and deal with B2B customer inquiries
3. Create offers and documentation
4. Prepare sales documents, data sheets, and shipping documents for export
5. Readiness to travel and visit customers
Requirements
Your profile
1. University, Technical or Life Sciences degree
2. Ideally experience in a similar function (in Life Sciences/B2B field)
3. Chinese (native), English (fluent)
4. Very good MS-Office skills
5. Structured way of working
6. Quick comprehension
7. Service-oriented mindset
8. Enjoy working in a dynamic, sometimes hectic environment
9. Interested in working in a B2B company that works with biochemical human products (serums, plasmas, antibodies)
