Proclinical is seeking a Customer Audit Manager to support quality assurance activities by planning, managing, and documenting customer audits. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer satisfaction. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage customer audits, including scheduling and coordinating with internal project teams.
* Organize necessary infrastructure, such as meeting rooms and documentation, for audits.
* Accompany customers during audits, including plant tours and documentation reviews.
* Present quality systems to customers and address their inquiries.
* Ensure all subject matter experts (SMEs) and requested documents are available on time.
* Document audits using TrackWise and coordinate responses to audit observations.
* Ensure timely delivery of responses to customers within agreed timelines.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
* Understanding of cGMP regulations and general manufacturing processes.
* Familiarity with analytical methods and auditing practices.
* Competent IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
* Professional demeanor with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
* Initiative-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
* Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
