Supply Chain Optimization Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Inventory Manager and Supply Chain Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference in the life sciences industry.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in inventory management, data analysis, and leadership. They will be responsible for managing a team of Operational Buyers and ERP/Master Data Specialists, ensuring flawless supply chain operations and high-quality data management across the DPS network.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. A BSc in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience; APICS certification or equivalent
2. Extensive experience in a manufacturing site in the pharma (GMP controlled) industry
3. Strong background in Supply Chain, with proven experience in supply planning, inventory management, and the use of data analysis tools
4. Structured and analytical person
5. Natural leader with first leadership experience as a plus
6. Above average experience and knowledge with SAP R3
7. Proficient in both German and English
