Key Responsibilities
Support for visitors to the VR Experience
Welcoming and instructing visitors on how to use the VR equipment
Storytelling in the context of the content of the VR experience and the corresponding museum content
Ensuring a safe and enjoyable VR experience for visitors
Providing and setting up the VR equipment and hardware
Checking the functionality and performance of the equipment and systems
Maintenance and care of the VR equipment
Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with the technical support team
Co-supervision of the pinball stations in the museum at capacity.
Additional assignments at events
Supervision of the entertainment media and reporting any defects or faults to the supervisor
Contact person for emergencies or problems on site, crisis management and forwarding to the person responsible
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Animating personality who enjoys contact with an international audience
Great interest and fascination in football and its history
Strong presentation skills, self-confident demeanor
Feels comfortable working with digital devices and is tech-savvy
Outgoing and resilient
Stamina and ability to remain calm in hectic situations
Flexibility and spontaneity in the execution of tasks
Flexibility in working hours as well as regular and reliable commitment; especially at weekends
Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English, any other language is an advantage
Reliability towards the employer
