Key Responsibilities
Luggage service during check-in and check-out
Parking of guest vehicles (garage/parking area)
Guest transfers within the Gstaad–Saanenland region
Cleaning of hotel vehicles as well as guests’ vehicles
Handling of postal services
General guest services
Ensuring cleanliness and order in the entrance area and driveway
Compliance with hotel-specific quality standards
Your Profile
Previous experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality industry
Well-groomed appearance
Valid driver’s license
Enjoyment in interacting with people
Reliability, flexibility, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility
Passion for and enjoyment of the profession
Fluent in English, and at least one other language (German or French)
