For our client, a company in the health insurance industry based in Bern, we are looking for a Senior Lead Requirements Engineer for a permanent role.
Your Responsibilities
* Capture complex requirements in a structured manner, document them clearly and support them throughout the entire life cycle
* Clearly formulate user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development
* Promoting user-friendly solutions from the user perspective
* Act as a central interface between business and IT
* Actively shape and further develop requirements engineering as a discipline
Your Profile
* Completed higher education (university, university of applied sciences, college) in the field of computer science, business informatics or engineering
* Further training in requirements engineering (e.g. CPRE) and ideally in testing
* At least 5 years of practical professional experience as a requirements engineer in an agile environment
* Experience with UX methods and core applications (ERP, CRM) is an advantage
* Precise, solution-oriented and communicative working style
* Experience in health insurance is an advantage
* Fluent in german and english
* Due to Swiss work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from Swiss nationals, EU citizens as well as current work-permit holders for Switzerland
