Apprentice: Hospitality Management Trainee CFC JOB DESCRIPTION: Join Inspired Group – a global leader in premium hospitality In this context, St. George's School in Montreux is looking for its new Apprentice Hospitality Manager (CFC). This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in managing a housekeeping department, including cleaning, laundry, and logistics. Throughout the apprenticeship, the trainee will learn to organize and coordinate activities in accordance with hygiene and safety standards, develop skills in managing food and human resources, and enhance their autonomy, sense of responsibility, and ability to collaborate in a team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Year 1 – Discovery and Basics Introduction to internal structure and regulations. Learning hygiene and safety procedures in the workplace. Cleaning and maintenance of premises and equipment. Laundry: machine operations, basic processing of simple meals, canteen service, food hygiene (HACCP). Development of precision, order, punctuality, and teamwork. Year 2 – Deepening and Daily Tasks Management of cleaning supplies, linen, and food stocks. Basic tasks (inventory orders, quality control). Assistance with internal events (buffets, meetings, welcoming professionals with colleagues and supervisors). Year 3 – Autonomy and Small Group Work (younger apprentices, interns, support staff). Planning and organizing activities. Deepening knowledge and techniques in collective cooking and managing allergies and intolerances. THE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A sense of organization and rigor, with attention to detail and cleanliness.
