Responsibilities
* Serve as the central technical contact for all (traction) battery related topics across internal/external interfaces within the international Stadler Group
* Contribute to development and optimization projects as well as the enhancement of traction battery monitoring with the focus on LCC
* Ensuring the exchange of information within Stadler Service regarding battery optimization measures and innovations as well as ensuring the return of knowledge to the production plants, engineering and, if necessary, suppliers
* Provide technical support to maintenance locations, Sales, and Category Management on battery related inquiries
* Manage commercial and technical aspects of battery related projects
* Take responsibility for the battery passport and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
How You Will Contribute
* Degree in electrical engineering or year-long experience in the field of energy storage
* Experience in commissioning, maintenance, or engineering, ideally in rail vehicle environments or with battery systems
* Project management experience beneficial; RAMS/LCC knowledge is an asset
* Strong communication skills, solution‑oriented mindset, and willingness to travel up to 20%
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP advantageous
* Very good German and English skills
