Mandate We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a family-owned company active in all building trades in the Lausanne region, for the position of Technical Secretary .
Technical Secretary - Your Mission Assist site managers and management with daily tasks
Prepare and follow up on tenders
Manage commercial correspondence, invoicing, and quotation preparation
Handle emails and mail
Ensure telephone and in-person reception
Your Profile Hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a commercial employee
Proficient in common computer tools
Excellent command of French, both written and spoken
2 to 5 years of experience in the construction sector
Autonomous, organized, flexible, with good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
Additional Information Possibility of permanent employment after 3 months
Salary: CHF 6,400/month, 13th salary included
