The role involves coordinating activities with external service providers and auditors, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and deadlines, and facilitating communication with the finance team based in the U.S. /p pThis position offers exposure to international accounting practices and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment. /p pThis job is located at our Office in Mendrisio, Switzerland. /p h3What Will You Be Doing? /h3 ul liSupport the preparation of statutory financial statements for the group’s legal entities. /li liCoordinate the work of external accounting providers and auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. /li liManage communication between local teams and the U.S. headquarters to align on reporting requirements and deadlines. /li liAssist in ensuring compliance with local GAAP, group policies, and internal controls. /li liSupport audit processes and provide necessary documentation to external auditors. /li liContribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives within the finance function. /li /ul h3What Do You Need To Bring? /h3 ul liDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. /li li2+ years of experience in an audit firm or in a similar accounting/finance role. /li liStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. /li liExcellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. /li liStrong communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Italian proficiency is a plus. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems. /li liAttention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
