A highly respected global professional services firm is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Senior Associate / Assistant Manager (Trade, Industries & Services) (m / w / d) with expertise in US GAAP and SOX. Tasks
Support the engagement manager with the planning, execution, and completion of group and local audits for non-financial services clients, with a strong focus on US GAAP and SOX testing.
Perform testing of SOX internal controls in line with current PCAOB standards, applying your expertise for significant subsidiaries of US-listed companies based in Switzerland.
Collaborate closely with international audit teams across the US and Europe, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication.
Deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to continuous improvement and adding value for clients and internal teams.
Gain exposure to challenging projects and benefit from regular feedback and coaching to strengthen your technical and leadership skills.
Requirements
University degree in accounting or equivalent qualification, along with a successfully completed US CPA (or equivalent).
3–5 years of audit experience at a public accounting firm, with extensive auditing experience in US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, PCAOB, and SOX frameworks.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Confident coaching junior team members and delivering results in SOX audit environments.
Structured, detail-focused mindset with strong summarization and documentation skills.
