We are currently assisting our client in their search to hire an OT Security Specialist (m/w/d) in Nyon. As an OT Network and Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing operational technology networks in industrial environments.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the seamless integration of automation systems, network security, and real-time communication between devices and systems.
Your Responsibilities:
* OT Network and Cybersecurity Support (including cybersecurity risk guidance - "Archer")
* Assistance in adding/changing/modifying OT Systems (Servers, Devices, etc.)
* Guidance in provisioning, patching and upgrading systems (PLCs, Servers, OT Workstations)
* System Architecture Support (IP, segmentation, etc.)
* Assist in maintaining site asset lists and network architecture diagrams.
* Manage ServiceNOW OT Assets.
* Collaborate with end users, operational teams, and IT personnel to effectively address network-related challenges.
* Ensure proper network segmentation and implementation of security measures to protect critical OT assets.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations and changes.
* Collaborate with the security team to implement and enforce security policies and protocols.
* Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments of OT networks.
Your profile:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
* Hands-on experience with industrial automation-systems and field devices is a plus
* Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC) and industrial networking equipment.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
* Previous experience in a Consumer Health Manufacturing Facility a plus
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Fluent in English and French
