In this role, your main tasks are as follows: - Support sales and assist the Boutique Manager in achieving sales objectives, validate team goals, track their progress and integrate them into individual development plans. - Support the team in ensuring personal objectives as well as those of the boutique. - Provide leadership and maintain strong and effective relationships with the team and departments at HQ. - Organize regular briefings to discuss objectives, plans, and events, ensuring they align with business opportunities. - Motivate and energize the sales team to continuously deliver an exceptional customer experience. Merchandising and Inventory Management - Ensure proper inventory management and adherence to company guidelines, particularly in visual merchandising. - Manage replenishment processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Team Development - Contribute to the development of a high-performing team by cultivating a passion for the products and enabling team members to fully express their potential. - Support the Boutique Manager during performance evaluations and coaching sessions. - Ensure that all team members are trained and informed on the company systems (e.g., POS, back office, inventory transfers, client relations, and customer experience). - Aim to set a benchmark for customer service and in-store experience. - Proactively assist the team to ensure excellence in service and exceed customer expectations. Profile - You hold a professional sales qualification (CFC) with several years of experience in luxury retail, ideally in watchmaking. - You have proven experience in team management and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. - You possess a good knowledge of the local market with an established network of clients. - You have strong sales skills and a business sense, with the capacity to work independently. - You have a real ability to coach, motivate, and effectively lead a team. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with an entrepreneurial spirit, urgency, and responsibility in your actions. - You demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to achieve outstanding results.
