As ETF Capital Markets Specialist, you will design, build, and lead the function from the ground up, ensuring best in class primary and secondary market quality, developing strong AP/MM relationships, and helping shape a scalable and competitive ETF franchise.### **Key Responsibilities*** **Market Architecture & Ecosystem Design:** Build and manage the legal, operational and commercial framework for an AP and Market Maker network across Europe’s major exchanges.* **Secondary Market Quality:** Monitor liquidity metrics (spreads, depth, premiums/discounts) and coordinate with market makers to maintain world‐class trading quality. Conduct liquidity reviews, benchmarking, and intervene when pricing efficiency deviates from targets.* **Primary Market Operation:** Oversee daily creation/redemption processes with our Irish ICAV administrator, custodian, and service providers. Implement and refine capital‐markets procedures, SLAs, and risk controls.* **Strategic Partner Selection:** Lead RFPs and negotiations with Lead Market Makers, APs, and liquidity providers. Establish robust due‐diligence and onboarding frameworks.* **Product Development Collaboration:** Partner with Portfolio Management to optimize PCFs, custom baskets, and structures improving secondary‐market efficiency. Provide capital‐markets insight during product design and launch planning.* **Institutional Client Advisory:** Act as technical expert for institutional clients, supporting block trades, RFQ workflows, and transitions. Organize and deliver capital-markets education for internal sales teams and key clients.* **Execution Desk Collaboration:** Support multi‐asset trade execution (equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, futures), including order handling and allocations.* **Governance, Regulation & Risk:** Develop reporting, dashboards, and risk‐monitoring standards.### **Your Profile*** **Experience:** 7+ years in ETF capital markets, Delta‐One trading, ETF issuance, or a senior AP/MM role.* **Expert Knowledge:** Deep understanding of Irish‐domiciled UCITS, European ETF market microstructure, and creation/redemption mechanics.* **Network:** Strong relationships across Tier‐1 banks, APs/MMs, exchanges, and the ETF ecosystem.* **Technical Skills:** Expertise in arbitrage/hedging mechanisms, NAV pricing, basket construction, and relevant tax considerations.* **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build relationships within our team, across our organization, and with our clients.* **Mindset:** Entrepreneurial, hands‐on “builder” with the ability to design and scale processes.* **Languages:** Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.**Your benefits** We help our employees shape their professional development and their private life to their best advantage, throughout all phases of their life.
