Your responsibilities As a Key Account Manager (KAM) / Duty Station Manager (DSM), you will be the primary contact for our customers, coordinating handling contract implementation and after-sales support in Zurich. You will ensure high customer service standards for a dynamic portfolio, adopting a field-based, operational approach to support operational managers and teams in delivering sustainable service quality.
Handle internal and external communication regarding SGHA/SLA and support the implementation of awarded contracts
Evaluate SLA performance and prepare KPI reports
Organize and lead customer review meetings
Coordinate customer audits
Update departments on key changes related to customer standards
Conduct process and performance checks through field activities
Incorporate customer feedback into the QMS and follow up on complaints and compliments
Develop new or additional products for clients
Analyze performance with managers and implement corrective actions
Support daily operations during emergencies as Duty Station Manager
