Your Tasks
* Management of the international and global MOS Sales team
* Developing the sales strategy for expanding the business, and implementing strategic market development plans in collaboration with Business Development and Sales Managers
* Responsibility for achieving sales targets, turnover, and order intake
* Business development and project acquisition, focusing on OEM volume applications and corresponding sales activities
* Analysing the market environment and potential, with regard to new application trends and technologies, in collaboration with Product Management
Your Profile
* Proven track record in sales management and sales of technology-intensive OEM components
* Technical degree in engineering, process engineering, physics or related fields, as well as further training in business administration
* Experience in optical component, and high-volume contract manufacturing is a plus
* Excellent communication skills in English and German
* Independent, solution-oriented approach to work
