Building on our leadership in low-loss SiN photonics, LIGENTEC is expanding its technology offering to include SOI silicon photonics with pathways for heterogeneous integration. To accelerate our market entry and adoption of SOI technology, we are looking for an experienced and highly connected Senior Business Developer Silicon Photonics with a strong background in the Silicon Photonics ecosystem.
Tasks
Your responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition & Sales Excellence
Identify and proactively reach out to and engage with major, strategic customers across diverse sectors (e.g., Telecom, Datacom, Sensing).
Drive the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact and technical discussion through negotiation and contract closing, excelling in developing and driving the business forward.
Cultivating positive and close customer relationships
Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of LIGENTEC’s solutions.
Manage and nurture a pipeline of opportunities, consistently meeting sales targets.
Market & Brand Development
Identify, analyze, and track market trends, competitive landscapes, and new application areas relevant to our offering.
Develop and elevate the LIGENTEC brand within the global photonics ecosystem, ensuring market recognition for our cutting-edge technology and expertise.
