Description Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate international meetings across time zones Organize detailed travel itineraries and prepare meeting agendas Reconcile expenses and manage procurement-related tasks Act as a point of contact and representative for the Executive in their absence Legal & Compliance Coordination: Ensure legal and financial vetting of contracts, T&Cs, and vendor documents Manage signature flows, archive critical documents, and support audit requests Track compliance with internal policies and communicate deviations Project & Event Management: Coordinate internal and external events, webinars, offsites, and Top-to-Top meetings Lead special projects on behalf of the Executive and support global initiatives Liaise with HR/IT for onboarding of new team members Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate with global stakeholders across EMEA, APAC, Americas, and NY Support ID&E efforts and internal cultural engagement initiatives Maintain a strong team spirit within the team Profile Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role Familiarity with translation workflows and collaboration with external agencies for multilingual marketing materials Fluency in English is a must, German is a nice to have Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong communication and stakeholder management Proactive mindset with ability to prioritize and anticipate needs Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information Strives for Excellence in Execution Builds Collaborative Relationships Embraces and Initiates Change Job Offer Do you enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment with a strong commitment to diversity, sustainability, and employee development?
