With a diverse, distributed team, we specialize in IT recruitment, outstaffing, outsourcing, software development, and consulting services for more than 100 clients across over 20 countries.

We provide recruitment services to our top clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join one of our clients' teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial markets, including liquidity, crypto, and SaaS solutions, along with a proven track record in B2B sales and business development. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients, driving new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and stakeholders.
2. Promote the company’s products and services by addressing or predicting client needs and objectives.
3. Assist in the preparation of contracts, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines and company policies.
4. Conduct calls, presentations, and demos via multiple communication platforms.
5. Provide detailed market knowledge and analysis to prospective clients.
6. Build comprehensive reports to track sales progress and client engagement.
7. Contact leads, convert them into customers, and build long-term relationships.
8. Develop and maintain business relationships to generate new opportunities for the company’s products and services.
9. Understand the target audience and flow of business for liquidity providers.
10. Participate in expos and conferences to represent the company.
11. Utilize communication and negotiation skills to close deals and resolve client issues effectively.


Minimum Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in liquidity tech sales, software sales, SaaS, infrastructure products, white-label platforms, or similar sales roles.
2. In-depth understanding of financial markets, including crypto, spot FX, metals, and CFD liquidity.
3. Proven experience in senior business development or sales roles within the financial industry.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Experience in B2B sales and managing long-term client relationships.
6. Strong networking abilities with an established industry network.
7. Experience in expos and conferences is highly desirable.
8. Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
9. Native English speaker, aged 28+ preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience managing or leading business development teams.
2. Knowledge of liquidity providers and market-making processes.
