Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Corporate Controller with strong analytical skills to join our Corporate Controlling Team. In this role, you will be involved in:
* Preparing both ad-hoc and recurring reports (e.g., AUM, NAI reporting at firm and asset class levels), delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders;
* Performing general financial analysis, budget-to-actual variance analyses, and monthly management fee reconciliations;
* This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the team, gaining deep insights into LGT Capital Partners' product landscape and business model. We offer a collaborative and innovative environment that supports professional growth;
* Supporting the annual budgeting process with a focus on private market offerings;
* Maintaining and continuously improving the Management Information System (MIS-cube);
* Collaborating cross-functionally with IT and business teams to drive data-driven decision making.
Requirements
* University degree or equivalent higher education in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Information Technology;
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or controlling function, ideally within the asset management industry;
* Proficiency in working with databases and/or multidimensional cubes;
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and solid command of other Microsoft Office applications;
* Excellent communication skills in English and German (both written and spoken);
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with the ability to quickly grasp business and IT processes.
