Customer Management & Sales
Active support and consulting of our customers in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries
Acquisition of new customers as well as professional support of existing clients
Conducting sales discussions through to contract closure
Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships at all levels
Solution-Oriented Approach
Development and implementation of customer-specific solutions
Conducting presentations and customer training sessions
Identification and optimization of cleaning and disinfection processes Market & Data
Monitoring market and competitor activities
Maintaining and managing customer-related data and documentation
Using and further developing our databases throughout the sales process Collaboration
Close and proactive coordination with Corporate Manager, Distribution Manager, and Business Development Manager
Your Profile
Scientific education or degree with an interest in pharmaceutical processes
Experience in manufacturing and in the sales of technical products
Technical understanding of production processes
Strong communication skills in French, German, and English – both written and spoken
Sales- and consulting-oriented mindset
Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style
Willingness to travel within the region
