Your role with us
As Product Manager “Services” you will be responsible for the content of our entire service portfolio (paid & unpaid) at Adcubum. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for the P&L of our consulting services (sales target 5 MCHF+), work closely with the specialist domains on optimal capacity utilization and support sales in the professional preparation of offers. You balance classic project-based consulting with a customer-driven, proactive consulting approach and position Adcubum as a trusted advisor to our customers. Together with the specialist departments, you professionalize and optimize the service catalog for “unpaid” services according to ITIL standards. As an important member of our product management team, you act as a central interface between consultants and specialist departments.
* End-to-end responsibility: You are responsible for the complete service catalog for our Syrius core system as the central contact person in the company
* Economic management: You have an overview of the P&L of the consulting portfolio and the associated personnel (approx. 15 FTEs)
* Service development: Together with Product Managers, Consultants, Customer Care and other specialist teams, you develop and manage the service catalog to increase product value, profitability and customer satisfaction
* Value-based service design: you design services that are based on sustainable added value for the customer rather than on an hourly basis
* Innovation: You identify new service ideas, integrate digital tools & analytics for data-driven customer advice and create sound business cases for strategic portfolio development
* Thought leadership: You promote content creation and knowledge building to proactively reach customers via digital channels
* Stakeholder management: As part of the Adcubum community, you maintain personal customer contacts and partnerships together with the specialist product manager
* Strategic planning: You are responsible for product planning including roadmap creation as well as production and business planning
* Partner management: You actively manage relationships with partners, are responsible for contractual matters and coordinate cooperation with external service providers as an extended workbench
Our requirements
* Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
* University or college degree in IT, engineering or business
* Sound expertise in the field of consulting services
* ITIL framework certification or extensive knowledge in this area
* Several years of professional experience as a product owner/product manager in the field of services, consulting or service management
* Knowledge of Syrius or in the area of health & accident insurance is an advantage
* Proven experience in interdisciplinary projects
* Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and confident demeanor
* Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly grasp complex problems and develop pragmatic solutions
* Independent, proactive way of working with the ability to inspire people and consistently drive issues forward

Place of work
The position can be performed at one of our Swiss locations: St. Gallen, Zurich-Wallisellen, Lucerne or Solothurn. A certain willingness to travel within Switzerland is expected.
