You will contribute to the development of innovative food concepts, including prototype creation, while efficiently organizing and documenting experimental results in dedicated databases. Working closely with scientists and technicians, you will operate advanced laboratory equipment, support method development, and contribute to report writing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in food science, within an international and collaborative research environment, addressing emerging consumer needs. /ph2A Day in the Life of a Laboratory Technician /h2ulliPrepare and execute laboratory experiments following established protocols and quality standards. /liliDocument experimental results and ensure full traceability of data. /liliOrganize and manage experimental information within dedicated databases. /liliSupport multidisciplinary project teams with experimental planning and execution. /liliOperate, maintain, and calibrate advanced laboratory and pilot-scale equipment. /liliDevelop and update laboratory instructions, routine methods, and SOPs. /liliContribute to food prototype development and experimental cooking activities. /liliSupport report preparation under the supervision of senior scientists. /li /ulh2What Will Make You Successful /h2ulliCFC Chimie, Physique or equivalent, or Bachelor HES in Chemistry or Physics. /lili1 - 2 years of experience in a laboratory, food, or applied science environment. /liliAbility to conduct experiments, manage data, and work accurately with protocols. /liliCuriosity and analytical mindset, with the ability to explore problems using diverse approaches. /liliKnowledge in particle size distribution analysis, rheology, tensiometry, foam analysis, dispersion stability is a plus /liliKnowledge in Food liquid processing (UHT, homogeneisation, ...), food ingredients, (esp. dairy Ingredients, proteins and/or hydrocolloids) is a plus /liliInterest in food innovation, prototyping, and culinary experimentation. /liliFluency in French and ability to work autonomously in an English-speaking environment /li /ulpExciting Opportunity Ahead!
