Your responsibilities
* Assess medical urgency using a software‑triage system.
* Answer medical questions using databases, involving our physicians when necessary.
* Support inquiries with medical service providers in Switzerland.
* Operate the emergency telephone / triage for hospitals and defined physician collectives.
Your profile
* Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, Rettungssanitäter/in, Hebamme or Medical Praxisassistenz (MPA).
* Relevant professional experience.
* Fluent German and knowledge of an additional language such as French, Italian, and/or English (minimum B2) is an advantage.
* IT knowledge and affinity.
* Strong empathy.
* Willingness to work shifts and weekend work.
