The IT Manager defines and implements the IT to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards across all Symbios sites.

Profile we are looking for: Master s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Systems X technical years of experience in managing an IT department within an industrial company Proven experience with infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity and systems (multi-site networks, ERP, MES, cloud, etc)Solid experience in managing IT projects (deployments, infrastructure upgrades) is essential Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and risk technical competence and ability to adapt to evolving technologies in order to support industrial processes, and digital people manager skills with proven capability to empower, and develop others.
Excellent verbal and written skills, strong leadership presence, while being able to influence and get levels in the Fluent in French and English is a must.
